Hm. I do have a couple of old Top Flite 13x5 props (the old maple ones, not the current popsicle sticks). I'll give them a try.
I started assembling my replacement US .40 last night. Wings are together and mounted; stabs are glued in place. It will fly this weekend, no doubt.
