I don't mean to barge in on the Hitec support forum, but Mike Mayberry posted on another forum about the new 7XXX series being cleared for unregulated Li-Po/Li-Ion use.

I and many others run the Hitecs on A123 systems which don't put out anymore voltage than a freshly charged five cell NiMH/NiCD packs.

Alan; could you please verify your answer is Hitec's most current position?
