The plastic supports, if that is what your referring to, are not sufficient. The performance of this bird, even stock, is beyond what they will hold. These F-16s are prone to shed the tailerons under load. It is an easy fix IMO. About 15 minutes of work with some 1/64 ply back there (I also used some gap-filling CA very carefully around the bushing to shore them up), and no worries.
