My first ultra sport was in early 90's. Crashed after a year of flying it & have wanted a new one. So with the release of the kits again, I got a few of each. I've been reading the threads from minn-flyer & a few others & decided to get going on building one. I opened the kit saturday dec. 6th after supper, & heres where I'm at so far. I did do flaps, mechanical retracts, aileron servos out in the wing for each one, elevator & rudder servos in tail. I also did some lighting of the plane as minn-flyer did on one a while back by building up the tail surfaces & lighting hole in fuse sides. I will be using a MDS 68 for power due to it being just barely broke in & needing a new home. I hope to start covering tomorrow & while a completed plane is great to look at, I think a plane in "ready to cover" is a thing of beauty. So heres a few pics.
