Yes,

Ann Marie Cross published how to do this with MonoKote, trim solvent and frisket 8 years ago in RC Modeler.

The Press and Seal is a very cool idea. I wonder if it would work as well as frisket for a checkerboard pattern on a complete wing panel or if it would get distorted?
