that was my thought process when I got mine, just about everything I needed in one package,plus with the tower discount and rebate that was offered at the time it was a prety good deal, enough to get the starter and some of the other necessary tid bits,glow starter etc...without having to spend too much extra over the basic price.

another thing was the looks of the airframe,when I was a kid I built plenty of flying boxes they fly great, but look like a box with wings, I could afford to get a plane that looked like a real aircraft,so its what I got I was pleasantly surprised I re-soloed after 5-6 flights after some simulator practice and the help of my club members to dial the plane in,and help me with some flight basics I had forgotten, when I first showed up to our field.

I prefer scale planes in general,so for my dollars I like a more scale like outline, with the caveat,my most nimble stunt flyer is a flying box
