I have the S-61 and when I go to the field, all I have to do is put fuel in it, hook up the glow driver and away we go. I don't have to fiddle with it, just start it and fly it.
Ditto. Same with a Super Tigre 90, ringed, and these engines are about 10 years old. I fly a lot down here in FL, still 80 degrees now, just a couple of miles from a field, and my OS FX engines wear out in half the time. OS has unreasonable parts costs, Super Tigre wins, for me.
