One of the reasons I didn't buy the nitro planes long ez was because of the canopy. I didn't feel like putting a lot of effort into attaching it, plus I wanted rudders.

I don't know about this on the nitroplanes version, but the Richmodel version used a really week steering linkage. I added an additional shorter rod and shrunk wrapped it to the main linkage to add stiffness. It made a bid difference in ground handling.
