Or you could take the canopy that you have, use scotch tape and tape up the cracks to hold everything together. Fill up the canopy with plaster of paris and let it set. Remove the plaster plug and inspect, very lightly sand down any ridges that might have filled any cracks in the canopy. Build a Vacuum forming box and get a sheet of clear or tinted plastic the same thickness as the original canopy. Cast the canopy and use it. For more information on vacuum forming
