Default RE: Good sim for low price?

I use Clearview. It is a decent sim for the money $39.99. You can download a demo and try it out. If you like it you just pay for the license online . They send you a code to enter and thats it. You can be using it in a couple of minutes. I am not sure of all the radios that you can use with it but I think you can find that on their website. It may not be as good as some of the more expensive sims, but it sure helped me alot.
