I bought thousands of dollars of servos, brushless motors, ESC's, RTF planes, radio, receivers, Lipo batteries, air retracts, props, miscellaneous parts, in order after order after order over a span of more than a year and I have been satisfied with the quick shipping, double box protective packaging of the RTF planes, low prices and quality of the Lipos, receivers, RTF planes, air retracts, props, etc. etc. BUT...........some backordered items can take months if not a year to be refilled by the Chinese manufacturers/suppliers of Hobby City. BUT........after the backorder lasts about a month, the Hobby City webpage will automatically pop a "modify" button on the backordered item to allow you to cancel and get a credit to order a substitute item with the click of a mouse. Works great for me as I find the low prices REALLY LOW. Customer service during Hongkong time business hours is OK with their "live" online instant messaging. I have never had a shipment with missing items in the package. Other retailers both in Hongkong, China mainland and here in the USA have shipped me packages with items missing from the order/package.
