And still you seem overly satisfied that a Company such as NITRO or CMP has but only one person that can help someone. Your post But never offer help. Seems to me the man was helping as i do and just hope some of these folks will read that there are so many posts of people that cannot get help. That they will take this into consideration before purchasing. As most of your posts here are to tell folks to PM John after they have problems. Myself would alot rather someone stepup and say something before I spent my money on something that has very little tech support than find out afterwards that you have to find RCU and then hope John will read your post and then wait a few days for him to try to help. Then have to send a PM to him then wait some more and then find out they don't carry the parts or pieces you need. Now that is helping the customer. John trys his best it seems, but still only one person for so many complaints. And what about the folks that never find out about ol' John. All they have is the folks that you say are worthless to help them out.
