Several weeks ago I ordered replacement landing gear foe my CMP 1/4 scale Cub, Each time I inquire about it Nitro tells me that someone will contact me, but they never do.
It seems Nitro don't mind selling product but do not stand behind it and their word means NOTHING.

And still you seem overly satisfied that a Company such as NITRO or CMP has but only one person that can help someone. Your post But never offer help. Seems to me the man was helping as i do and just hope some of these folks will read that there are so many posts of people that cannot get help. That they will take this into consideration before purchasing. As most of your posts here are to tell folks to PM John after they have problems. Myself would alot rather someone stepup and say something before I spent my money on something that has very little tech support than find out afterwards that you have to find RCU and then hope John will read your post and then wait a few days for him to try to help. Then have to send a PM to him then wait some more and then find out they don't carry the parts or pieces you need. Now that is helping the customer. John trys his best it seems, but still only one person for so many complaints. And what about the folks that never find out about ol' John. All they have is the folks that you say are worthless to help them out.

I see that you are still in the spirit of "giving" ( bashing ).

You are not actually looking for a reply, solving a problem, or getting one resolved, so what's the point of answering?

To anyone that MAY buy into Kid's argument which comes with no real experience:
NP is a box and go operation, hence the low prices. If you cannot deal with that then spend more money elsewhere though you'll miss out.

Anyone who spend money with Nitroplane is a fool, there is no customer service . Not even a phone call back after days of trying along with E-mails

If you have problems stop payment, through credit cards, PP, ect Hit them where they are trying to hit you, that will be the only way customer service will change

You may not get a response for a few days as he does not check in every day.

John can be reached by PM'ing Nitrostaff1.


Bad-mouthing people you would like a response from is counter productive.
Take a deep breath, tell him your problem in a message ( PM ) and make sure to include the order number.

Recount any problems you may have had getting a response.

He takes care of these things.

Do not buy at Nitroplanes.com they are completely worthless!!!!!!!!!! On hold for 59 minutes and was hung up on then called back waited 30 more minutes to tell me they have no idea where my order is that was placed on 12/27/08 paid $60+UPS ground for nothing.
Well I canceled the charge off my bank card and if it shows up now It will be FREE!!! Thanks Nitroplanes.com for screwing over your customers!!!!

If you did not get an e-mail as soon as you completed your one line order, then it never went through.

In either case, a failed order entry is only a reflection of a mistake on someone's part... not one on the planes they sell.

A simple where backed up due to orders being placed during the holiday, I understand that but to tell me in plain English I have no idea where your order could be.. That is poor customer service. i will just stick to my guy in Hong Kong and stop supporting half dedicated online compaines in the U.S.A 8 days and I get my orders from Hong Kong to IL...
