Thus far what is pictured has always been what I have received.

I've ordered a slew of battery packs as well, that have always met or exceeded the specification.

Strangly I discovered HC because of an e-bay advertizement/auction they put up.

I purchased a couple of batteries from them via the auction. The batteries were very cheap ( much cheaper than their web site! ), but they were garbage. I suspect that they were selling off the sub-par packs on E-bay...

So, good luck on thei direct web site purchase, poor luck via E-bay.
