From what I see with the computers you have listed, the HP should be able to handle most of the up to date Simulators on the market.

If you go with the RealFlight sim, it comes with a controller, and it is needed to run the software.

If you do a search for FMS you can find cords to connect your radio to the computer, but FMS is not a good sim. I have used it, and the rudder doesn't work right on it.

The Corsair is a pretty advanced plane to start out on, you might want to start with the Cessna and hold the Corsair back till you get some experience.
