I'd check to make sure your batteries can still hold a good charge, both the Transmitter and car batteries. Also make sure you get full function out of both servos before firing up you new engine, wouldn't want a run-a-away. Then just make sure it rolls freely once you get the new engine in and check for loose screws. Other than that you should be good to go. Good luck dude
