RE: CRRC 40cc kit

Was on vacation between Christmas and new years, had to go out and kill something.
JR007, I'm getting 6500-6700 on the average with the JXF 20x8 when I test run the engines before shipping them. I've not done any thrust measurements but it will hover a 12 pound plane at about 1/4 throttle.

Bipeman, I start them up and let them run about 3000 for about 20-30 minutes, make sure your'e getting plenty of cooling. I then adjust the carburetor for 100-150 rpm richer than peak. Then adjust low end for best idle and transition, recheck the high end. Then you are ready to mount it and fly. 32:1 for the first 2 or 3 gallons and then go to 40-50:1.
