RE: Twist 60 setup for 3d?
Thats what I was told by many and it's been sitting along time. I ran it on a test stand over a year ago and it had lots and lots of power more then a 60 I would say. I was going to try and put it in my 90 heli but would have toook to much conversion and parts weren't available so I am now going back to my old step dad idea put it in our favorite 3D plane the twist 60. We had a 40 before and it was fun but broke in middle alot. We have had a few of them. But this is first plane I am building on my own since him and my mom broke up and he took all his planes and all I have had for over a year is heli's. So yea I am wanting to get this plane going. So what kind of torgue would you all think is needed? Also there is no way this engine will be to heavy or don't think so because we have put 25cc or so gas like weed eater motor's on the old twist we had and no problems. I am sure that would way more then a 60 size 90 glow case changed to a gas engine.
