RE: Novice_simulator software
I recently purchased the Clearview software after having problems installing and running FMS on my Vista computer. I got beyond the initial typical problems, but then found my video chipset didn't like it. The Clearview software was $39 and it was a breeze to install and run. There is also a free Parkzone Corsair available for it. I'm sure the expert flyers can tell the difference between the way the flight models are implemented in these simulators, but to a novice flyer like myself, I don't see the difference for the planes I like. The $39 is a one time purchase. Future upgrades are available to download at no charge.
