opjose if you are talking to me I did get an email, it is very frustrating when you give all the Information they need for paying and they cant keep up with orders... A simple where backed up due to orders being placed during the holiday, I understand that but to tell me in plain English I have no idea where your order could be.. That is poor customer service. i will just stick to my guy in Hong Kong and stop supporting half dedicated online compaines in the U.S.A 8 days and I get my orders from Hong Kong to IL...
