What has the thread hand to do with your question? Do you mean what direction the engine is designed for?
We operate our engines standing in front of it, so normal props turn counter clockwise if observed from this position, and which is clockwise if you take the pilot's seat.
The thread direction is such, that the prop load tends to tighten the nut if the prop should slip on the shaft.
