Default RE: Fliton Edge 540 Recommended Engine size??

Boy do I miss my Fliton Edge. I got six flights on it before I destroyed it. I didn't have my battery secured well, and after a pretty violent snap-roll it released from the switch. That means a 75% throttle dive from well over 600ft into about 3 inches of dirt. It hit so hard I spent nearly $200 fixing the engine. One servo was salvageable. I've got an Aeroworks Extra 260 .60-.90 to replace it...but I don't know which one I like better. I haven't flown this one yet. Regardless, the airfoiled tail on the Flitons is amazing to me! It's the only thing I really like better, without any doubt, about the Fliton. Everything else I'm back and forth on.

Anyway, I used a Saito 100. It balanced well (would've balanced better with elevator servos in the tail) with it, had great power, and never missed a beat. This plane seems to be designed around a Saito 100. You're going to love it with that engine.

Just curious, which plane do you like better so far? I'll have to keep up with this thread and ask you which one you like better once you fly the Edge.
