The Heli will not help with ailerons on your
fixed wing IMO. I tought myself to hover my
Heli, at a high price (parts). I sought a club
and instructor for my plane. Can you do
a figure 8 with the heli ? I can't as of yet, but
it's no problem with my plane. They are 2 different
Birds.
