are all you linkages even on both sides.... I don't remember mine too well, but the turning radius of mine was very sharp... actually too sharp and the truck would flip easily. .I had to dial out alot of the throws... Are your endpoints set right? has to be something there that either hitting or binding.. You mentioned that it would go all the way with the wheels off the ground, but not on the ground.. Mabye the servo saver is too loose... If I remember correctly, its built into on of the posts... on the right front, make sure its not too loose or your steering will suffer...
