Default RE: Shinden Build

Yes!! Thanks Matt,
I am working on importing Extreme Composites products with a New local Company
We are hammering out the details as we speak
The Shindens have been refined for a ready to fly weight of about 10.2 onces
the Prolines have been lightened up as well
and we will have other airplanes not avialable before in the US.
keep your fingers crossed.

On the wing tube ,,, Sorry I don`t know of anywhere you can get a replacement tube at ths time ,,
I know some of the first ones I recieved were substandard,,\
However they have been refined along with the landing gear problems we had early on.

I`m currently building a Shinden with Brandon Landy<winner of the Advanced Class at the 08 Nats> the wings are 340 grams Each
the stabs together are 240 grams with both carbon tubes and the the fuse with the Canopy, chin rudder attached is 1250 grams
this is the lightest one I`ve recieved to date My last one was 10.5 pounds ready to fly with a 1.7 glow setup it was pretty light but they have them refined much better now.
However there will be a little price hike But replacement parts will be Cheaper ,,,I Hope LOL ,,one last sticking point,,,
So,stay tuned Guys
