I think if you watch Finless's videos on CCPM setup it will help you a lot more than me explaining what you should do. But basically you need to go in the servo reversing menu and reverse the settings for the ELEV, AILE, and PIT. There might be a little more too it since I don't have a B400 and don't know what will happen next.

The guy in this video has a lot of experience setting up helis and A LOT of people learn how to set up helis properly because of him. I would also recommend you to watch the other videos he has made.
