Howdy,
First a quick intro: I'm very new to the hobby of RC Helicopters. I did electric/nitro cars about 10-15 years ago, then got out of the hobby (oh how things have changed!).
I've had a Black MCX for about 4-6 months and had all kinds of fun with it so decided to upgrade. I then went and purchased a Blade 400. I also purchased the Realflight 4.5 sim to help learn everything so I wouldn't ruin a bunch of stuff crashing.
Well... didn't help!
To say my last crash was bad is an understatement. Granted, I did it to protect myself and my kids (I was flying about 30-50 feet away and keeping it that far away but the wind changed and I couldn't get it under control so I ditched it instead-easier and less painful to fix the heli!).
The worst of the damage was that all 3 of the servos controlling the head unit were stripped. I decided to upgrade to metal gears because this wasn't the first time one of the gears was stripped (one was stripped when I bought the thing). The install went smoothly but when I took the heli outside to test I found out that ALL the servos were working in reverse order. When I power up, the heli gets pushed to the ground. Left goes right and right goes left, etc. I'm at a loss... any ideas?

I think if you watch Finless's videos on CCPM setup it will help you a lot more than me explaining what you should do. But basically you need to go in the servo reversing menu and reverse the settings for the ELEV, AILE, and PIT. There might be a little more too it since I don't have a B400 and don't know what will happen next.
The guy in this video has a lot of experience setting up helis and A LOT of people learn how to set up helis properly because of him. I would also recommend you to watch the other videos he has made.

Your welcome. If you can understand everything he says in his videos you will go a long ways in this hobby and have a reliable and a good flying heli.
