Seem to be going about it a bit off of the beaten path. I'm freinds with flyintexan, and knowing a bit about the construction philosophy, I would have expected the fuse sides to be installed prior to turning it over to make sure the fuse stay true. I know he provides a details series of pics outlining the build sequence as designed.

Why did you elect to remove it from your flat surface prior to adding the fuse sides?
