Hi Jim ...
ORIGINAL: jimngu

Hi All ! I need help here for install the aileron servo , when I try to install my servo into the aileron and I found that the servo frame is not deep enough to cover the servo , pls take a look at the picture here , and pls teach me how to ???? TQ

Jim
I had the same ... when i builmy F15 ... But i've found a solution

All what you need is balsa wooden, ca-glue, glas epoxy and time.... (enough time )

The servoframe is to thin ... we saw it... your part is to fill up the distance to the right thickness ... with balsa . and control the distance in the wings that u have enough space to put in small plywoodedges on alle edges ... to stabilize the frame in the wing and to have material to srew in the screws from the servo cover on the wing...
Have a look on the following pics please ... this is better to explain the things what happen than i say it in may bad english ...

I hope you understand what i had done with the servos in the wings...
All the servos are standard size metalgear servos from hitec HS645MG the flaps and on the ails
