What you are describing is typical of a problem with the angle of attack as the airplane sits on the ground.
As you run up for takeoff given the engine at the back, the nose is pushed down, further changing the AOA so that the plane wants to "stick" to the ground...
At some point it has built up SO much airspeed that it overcomes the downward force, and since it is already way over stall speed, and you are trying to pull the nose up, it takes off like a rocket.
Raise the height of the nose any way you can relative to the wing to give the plane a positive AOA when it is sitting on the ground. Make sure that the wings visibly sit with the leading edge higher than the trailing edge.
This will cure the problem.
