On my Senior Kadet I just cut off the back of the stock trailing edge which left 5/8" remaining. The thickness was then about 1/4" at the back edge. Next I used standard 1/4"x2" tapered stock to make full width ailerons. CA type easy hinges were used and dual servos. The tip of the aileron stock gets angled to match the wingtip shape.

This is about the easiest way to make ailerons for this wing. By the way, I've been flying this plane for about 2 years now and it still remains one of my favorites.
