I had a old sig Kadet JR that I added ailerons to. Not as bad as thought. Got aileron kit at Tower Hobbies. Cut hole in bottom w/dremmel wheel. epoxy in some servo rails. Cut off trailing edge. Put hardwood strip in back then hinged to aileron stock. Works great. Good luck. See my member picks.
