do you think 1+3/8" is enought aileron for that wing. or should i use 2" stock.

I think the 2" ailerons are just right. I couldn't tell you if 1-3/8" will be too small, but I can tell you that I fly mine with maximum aileron deflections. I also had reduced the dihedral by 50%.
