Airtronics doesn't seem to have an effective marketing department. The hardware is great, from what I've heard the support is great, but the marketing? It's so poor that it might as well be non-existant. Their ads in the mags don't tell you about any advantage their product might offer.

I can't imagine a company passing on an opportunity to provide support (and marketing exposure) in a way such as this, particularly when their competitors have built such an effective online presence. If you're not moving ahead, you're falling behind.
