AnnMarie, thank you very much for your prompt reply. I have suspected there might be a problem with my controller. In fact, in my last email to RF Tech Support I asked about replacing/repairing my controller, if the controller might be the problem. I did not receive a response. Where do I send the controller for exchange or repair?
