Just getting into Lipo's.

I have seen the horror pictures and stories about these things exploding and burning up.

My thought was to use a US military ammo box for a fire box.

The question I have is, since the ammo box is air tight a exploding battery will cause pressure to build up, should I drill some small holes to allow the pressure to escape?
