RE: Fox .50
hi charley, the hawk .60 was quit a bit different than the eagle, case was diff. the cyl., sleave had fins and sat on top of case with long bolts thru head/cyl. schurnal(?) ported red anodized head red anodized prop drive. the eagle was non-schural induction and all parts were natural alumium. the hawk had a great deal more power and higher revs. if you check back thru thread you'll see one or 2 of these. also the eagle cyl. was typical sleave pressed into case w/ rather short head blts. of the 2 engines the eagle was sold in greater numbers the eagle sold for more $. i had several eagles and only 1 hawk and i was so impressed w/hawk i now have 4 and am in process of rebuilbing them. parts are hard to come by thou.
