The Alpha has an aluminum engine mount that has a bar that goes over the engine's mounting flanges. It is pretty adjustable, so you may get away with just mounting the ST without changes to the mount, unless the width is significantly different.

You will probably have to adjust the throttle linkage, and you may have to rebalance a bit.
