I have been making carbon fibre shock towers and centre chassis brace. These save quite a lot of weight on the truggy and to date after about 4 races, I have yet to bend, break or even chip one. I will be making them and selling, will keep you guys posted. What with the $ to £ you guys in the US will be smiling.

I have also milled my chassis, in total I have lost around 220 grams (about 7 3/4 ounces) on the standard Pro. Almost the same weight as the X2 now. I will hopefully be weighing them both next week with wheels off to check exactly as last time, I had some heavy wheels on. The car definitely feels a lot lighter on the track and jumps a lot easier.
