Default RE: DuraTrax Evader

If you are going to get an evader, I would recommend getting the ST truck. The duratrax cars are very fragile in comparison to other name brands, but the truck body protectrs the shock towers so you are less likely to break stuff. I went through 4 front shock towers in a month on an ebader BX buggy I had. You would be better off finding a used RC-10 B4 or something like that. I just got the new HPI Brama 10B, it is an inexpensive 4WD buggy ($160 shipped at tower with the $20 discount right now). You need to swap the motor out in it for a 21 turn (The lowest it's ESC can handle), but other than that, it is pretty good right out of the box, and even comes with a battery and charger. I personally will never buy duratrax cars again.
