I was aware of the Fox Hawk series, but always thought of them as being a less powerful, cheaper version of the Eagle.

IIRC, the Hawk was a plain bearing engine.

I'm surprised to learn that it was more powerful than the Eagle. I wonder why Duke didn't power up the Eagle to help it sell better?
