SUCCESS.....bought a new nose strut..as the factory supplied one was a bit soft...this allowed me to raise the nose strut to the point that the leading edge of the wing is at 6 inches off the ground while the trailing edge is at 5 3/8 inches from the ground....take off today was ok...the nose rotated..then the mains flew off.....

Yeah that AOA while on the ground is critical on these planes.
