I fly with the headspeed governed at 2150rpm. I am not sure what you mean by "basic normal flight". I am just a sport flyer with some inverted circuits attempting to learn some 3D moves.

One of my flying buddies uses the stock 600xl, Align 75A esc, Align 3A bec, Futaba 9351 servos and a Gy611 with a 9256. He is able to throw it around pretty well.
