I don't know about fed ex buy ups can stop a delivery in progress, I got really lucky with this, mine was out for delivery on Monday and they actually got a hold of the driver and was able to stop the delivery. What I did was I called USPS with the tracking number that he sent me the second time and they gave me the zip code of where it was being delivered(same as first). Thats how I figured it out before he got mine.
