He is a scammer, he sent tracking number which appears to be good until it got delivered to someone else.not me. So leaves me bad feedback saying gave me wrong number. emails me a gives new number. I called USPS and asked for destanation of this tracking number and guess what its going to zip code 92347. another fake same zip code there in it together. I got PM's from another member compared notes guess what same tracking number. Here are the zip codes to watch for 92347, 08753 name says Tom Kane 220 Wedge Wood DR. Toms River, NJ 08753 and his phone number is 16093393430 . MGTMAN91
I tried reporting and it tells me not a valid user name. I lost 2 Thunder Tigers ZT2's ,I don,t want to see anyone else lose their stuff.

I did leave feedback, trying to help other members from getting scammed. Since I post this I have received several PM from other members he done the exact same scam to and other messages thanking me because they were about to do a trade.
I might have lost my trucks but I might help someone else from losing theirs. And I like to see him be dealt with,I tried calling post office and local law. But its real hard when your from another country.
Thanks

Let me get this straight he trades rc's with people then someone sends him a rc on trade then he sends his rc out to a friend and gives you that tracking number? Is this correct? So he is taking other peoples rc's and keeps resending his?

yes, thats what he does he makes you think he already ship with the tracking number he gives you,and when you think it should have arrived and you check and its been delivered in california and then he gives you another number. But the only reason i shipped because of his rating and he gave me a tracking number, but here is the number of his local law enforcement agency for mail fraud and internet crime(det.Hernan ext-1184 (732)349-0150

he just did the exact same thing to me. You need to bring any email ect to your local police department and file a report. They will follow up with his local department.

Your not. Unfortunately for him his town has a detective that specializes in Internet and mail fraud. His name is detective Herman. All u have to do is file with your local police and call detective Herman with the report number.

All u can really do is see if the person your tradeing with has feedback. If he does, pm a few of them and c how there deals went with him. If he has no feedback and you do, then try and make a deal where you don't ship untill u get his package. Also, I would use ups or fedex. There tracking is way more advanced then usps. If you have any more questions, just ask. Hope this helps.

I don't know about fed ex buy ups can stop a delivery in progress, I got really lucky with this, mine was out for delivery on Monday and they actually got a hold of the driver and was able to stop the delivery. What I did was I called USPS with the tracking number that he sent me the second time and they gave me the zip code of where it was being delivered(same as first). Thats how I figured it out before he got mine.

I also got screwed out of a Savage SS, brand new, built it with new parts I bought off ebay, broke the engine in and it sat on the shelf for 4 months. Scammed by MGTMAN91, he also sent me a tracking number,3 days later i found out it was delivered in California. I emailed him about and he said, LOL i will get you the right one. Never heard anything again, until today when i found out his real name, emailed him again finally got a reply. He said he was only 15 he couldnt go to prison, I dont care if he is 15, mail fraud is still I crime, if im not wrong.

You're right, it is a crime but he's right in that he wouldn't go to prison. At worst he'll get juvie, he may only get fined and community service with maybe a home arrest.

Druss is right, even if he scammed people out of $1000 or more, he'll probably get off easy. My brother did MUCh worse crimes when he was 15 and ended up with only two years probation...

I know of a 15 year old out here that is looking for a good fight. Might have just found a solution LOL. For every person that he's been scammed, I make sure that this other kid gets a good workout beating the living snot out of the scammer. Because they are both minors, neither goes to jail.
Being serious though, the increase in people scamming others is why I quit buying things online, unless I'm buying from a reputable place. It sucks that such a good resource is being taken advantage of.
