yuo must turn on TX first and then RX. Trottle at lowest then speed trim at lowest.

Bimmerdad,

I have the EXACT same problem on my new Honey Bee as well. I am also a newbie to this and I really want to get my Honey Bee in the air soon. I do not know how to fix this problem but I'm sure someone knows how.
