What you are seeing is the map as generated by Google Maps. This is being pulled from the Google site, not RCU.
What version of IE are you running?
If you go to Google.com and click on Maps (
http://maps.google.com/maps?hl=en&tab=wl ), are you able to view the map and navigate on it?
