I switch around. I never really think too much about it, but I usually use my thumbs. On cold days, I have to use my thumbs and fingers.

What a lot of people don't notice is how adjustable our gimbals are. On anything but the cheapest of TXs you can change the height of the sticks. Take the back off the transmitter, and you can adjust the tension of the sticks. No matter how you fly, adjust your radio to your liking.
