I just completed this kit using E-flight 480 and a pretty standard 3s Lipo 2200mah, with it moved as far back on the battery tray as I can without covering the removal screw this bird is slightly nose heavy, but that's ok, better than tail heavy, if fly's awesome with unlimited vertical, it will do everything my extras and 540's will do.Great bird at a great price.
