With the motor mount installed you can push the sharpened end of the skewer through the two holes on the mount. Then I removed the skewer and coated it with epoxy and reinserted it into the hole. Cut and sanded flush with the mount. No problems since - about 6 flights - get abount 10min per flight on the 3 cell 1250mAh
